Do patients need to install an app?
No. Intake forms open from a WhatsApp link in the phone's browser, after the patient confirms their date of birth. Patients who want more can use the free patient app, on Android or in the browser, to book and see their records.
Can patients book online?
Yes, if you allow it. In the patient app they find you by name, specialty or city and book one of your free slots. You choose how far ahead they can book and how much notice you need, and you can turn online booking off at any time.
Does it handle insurance and CNSS?
Yes. The admin adds the insurers you work with, staff record each patient's policy, and any unpaid invoice can be claimed. While a claim is open the patient owes only their share, and the insurer's payments are recorded against the invoice.
Does it work in Arabic?
Every patient message and intake form is available in Arabic and English, chosen per patient. The staff screens are in English for now.
Can patients pay in dollars or in lira?
Yes. The clinic admin chooses whether amounts are shown in USD or LBP and sets the exchange rate. Each invoice and payment keeps the rate of its own day, and LBP amounts are rounded to the nearest 1,000.
Who can see visit notes and income?
Only the doctor. Assistants see appointments, patients' contact details and allergies, and payments, but not visit notes, conditions, prescriptions or income. Each doctor sees only their own income.
How are prescriptions sent?
As a PDF on WhatsApp from the clinic's verified business number, using an approved message template, and only to patients who agreed to WhatsApp messages. You can also email it, print it, or send it from your own phone.
How is patient data protected?
Passwords are stored with Argon2id, five wrong passwords lock an account for 15 minutes, and signing out or deactivating a person takes effect immediately. The database keeps each clinic's records separate, patients can only ever reach their own records, and sign-ins, password changes and account changes are written to an audit log.
Can one assistant work for several doctors?
Yes. The clinic admin can link an assistant to several doctors. The assistant switches between those doctors' calendars and sees no one else's.
How many assistants can each doctor have?
Starter includes 1 assistant per doctor, Professional 3, and Premium as many as you need. Each doctor adds their own assistants. On Starter and Professional, each extra assistant costs $10 once, added to the clinic's next payment.
What happens if I stop paying?
The clinic pays one bill for all its doctors, monthly or for a year at a time. If the bill is unpaid, you get 7 days to pay while everything keeps working. After that the clinic becomes read-only: you can still see and print your records, and nothing is deleted. Paying restores it at once.
